Who is the program intended for?

The program is aimed at two distinct profiles:

  • Partner brokers Option Broker
  • External brokers or brokers undergoing evaluation, including those who do not yet meet Option Courtier standards but wish to restructure, align themselves, and eventually join the network.

The program therefore serves as much to maintain excellence as it does to correct, supervise, and raise standards.

Yes, for brokers who do not meet Option Broker's standards, as measured exclusively by the results obtained with opportunities shared by Option Broker.

These standards are evaluated based on:

  • customer satisfaction surveys
  • quality and rigor of monitoring
  • the ability to convert opportunities into mandates and transactions

The program is required for:

  • remain active in the Broker Option system,
  • correct discrepancies identified in the leads received,
  • improve results in a tangible way,
  • develop professionally in a structured environment.

The program ensures consistency in methodology, monitoring, and customer experience.
It protects the quality of the network and the credibility of recommendations.

For other brokers, the program remains a voluntary option to optimize their practice, even when they are already performing well.

The program is structured around specific modules designed to correct and reinforce the results obtained with Option Broker opportunities.

It covers in particular:

  • customer service and professional positioning
  • the speed of initial contact and deadline management
  • the monitoring structure and frequency of communications
  • clarity of speech, communication, and customer confidence
  • transactional rigor, from analysis to conclusion

Each module has a clear objective:
reduce improvisation, increase consistency, and improve results delivered with Option Courtier leads.

No. The program does not guarantee any volume.
It allows you to be prioritized when performance, rigor, and consistency are present.

The system is clear, progressive, and based on the results obtained with Option Broker opportunities.

Possible measures include:

  • adjustment of the volume of opportunities allocated
  • temporary pause, with supervision or targeted program
  • withdrawal from the program if standards are not met despite corrective measures

The program is meritocratic, never political.
Decisions are based on data, tracking, and results delivered, not on seniority or affiliation.

In this context, an official proposal from Option Courtier to join the Elite Coaching program may be sent to you, including specific details on the content and terms and conditions.

In 2020, he founded Team St-Pierre at RE/MAX, which now consists of 26 brokers, 4 assistants, and 1 sales manager. This growth is based on a clear vision: to offer highly personalized service while leveraging the strength of a disciplined, structured, and results-oriented team. Jonathan is recognized for his ability to mobilize talent, foster a culture of collaboration, and maintain high standards of performance and professionalism.

Deeply rooted in the Beloeil community, Jonathan is actively involved in several local organizations and initiatives, including Grains de sel – food bank, the Maison des jeunes de Saint-Bruno youth center, the Beloeil baseball club, and as an official sponsor of the MMA Impact organization, a nod to his passion for combat sports and the values they convey: discipline, respect, and pushing oneself to excel.
