How much will it cost me?
Absolutely nothing. The OptionCourtier service is 100% free for sellers and buyers. We are compensated through a retrocession agreement with the broker, only if a transaction is completed.
Are you a real estate agency?
No. OptionCourtier is not a real estate agency and does not accept any mandates. We do not act as brokers in your transactions. We are a neutral advisory service that helps you choose from brokers who have already been selected for their performance.
Do you favor a particular banner?
No. We do not favor any particular banner. We always recommend two brokers, based on your needs, your sector, and our performance data.
What happens if I don't click on any of the brokers offered?
You are completely free. If the connection isn't there, we will take the time to review the situation with you and, where appropriate, explore other options. The important thing for us is that you move forward with clarity and confidence.
What exactly do you check with recommended brokers?
We first evaluate the human aspect and quality of service, as well as the consistency between your profile and that of the broker. The goal is to create a good fit, both relationally and strategically.
