This program is intended for:

Each module is designed in a concentrated three-hour format, focused on concrete results rather than abstract theory. A structured, premium, and effective approach, rooted in real field experience built over many years of active practice, designed to deliver real and measurable impact. Included in each module:

  • Individual coaching only
  • 2 × 90-minute Zoom sessions per module
  • Diagnosis, role-play, and action plan
  • Full alignment with the OptionCourtier indicators (SLA, COI, Scorecard, NPS)

    • External brokers or brokers undergoing evaluation, including those who do not yet meet OptionCourtier standards but wish to restructure, align themselves, and eventually join the network.

    The program therefore serves as much to maintain excellence as it does to correct, supervise, and raise standards.
